Budget 2023 for Health: Modi government made a big announcement in the health sector

Budget 2023: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the budget for the year 2023 today. This budget was also important for the Modi government because the Lok Sabha elections are going to be held in the next year i.e. 2024. So let's take a look at what was announced in the budget presented today specifically for the health sector.

Last Budget of Modi Government 2.0:
Today the country's budget for the year 2023 was presented. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the last budget of the Modi government 2.0 today. It is worth mentioning that when the Lok Sabha elections are to be held in the next year 2024, the budget presented today was particularly important for the Modi government. In the budget presented today, a lot of new things were also announced in the health department.

Lab Arrangements in Medical Colleges:
Presenting the budget, the Finance Minister said that in the year 2023, many reforms are required in the health sector, for which a new medical college will be established. Also, maximum number of labs will be arranged in the medical college. Apart from this, new machines will be introduced to improve the health system so that the major diseases existing in India can be successfully treated.

Anemia will be eliminated by 2024:
In the budget of the year 2023, one thing was specially emphasized that the disease of anemia should be eradicated by the year 2027. Because many people die every year due to blood deficiency.

Clean water and food:
This budget is also special because it has also been said that it is very important for every person to get clean drinking water and food, it has also been given special priority in this budget.

No one shall descend into the pit:
The most interesting thing in the budget is that the Modi government has made a big announcement about manholes. In the Budget 2023, it was stated with special emphasis that from now on no one will go down into the manhole i.e. drain.

Children will no longer be anemic till 2047:
The budget also announced a new program to combat anemia, specifically targeting anemia in children. Also provision has been made to eliminate it from the roots by the year 2047.

Apart from this, grains have been given priority in the budget and a research college has also been announced for it.

Along with this, the government has so far given free corona vaccine to 220 crore people to avoid corona virus.
