World Vision Day is celebrated on the second Thursday of October every year. This year, October 8 is World Vision Day. The reason for the low vision of the eyes

It is reasonable to lose eyesight due to our lifestyle and diet. This problem has now become very common due to excessive phone use, late night mobile usage, spending hours on computer and laptop, constantly looking at the screen without resting the eyes etc. are responsible for lowering the eyesight. Often our eating habits can also lead to poor eyesight. It is more important to follow a healthy diet to maintain the radiance of the eyes.

The method of maintaining the radiance of the eyes

1. Rinse eyes with cold water

2. Rest for the eyes is essential

If you are using too much screen day and night, your eyesight may be impaired. The eyes need to rest. So close your eyes for 2 to 3 minutes from time to time during work. Doing so will also reduce eye strain. Also you rub the palms of both your hands with each other and when the palm gets warm keep it on the eyes with a light hand. It can also relax the eyes.

3. Get an eye checkup

It is important to have regular eye examinations. Getting an eye examination done by identifying early symptoms can help prevent eye damage. Excessive use of devices can lead to constant weakening of the eyes. This can be a serious problem if not taken care of. That's why keep getting eye checkups to take care of your eyes.

4. Eat a healthy diet

There are many foods that can be consumed to maintain the brightness of the eyes. Include carrots, radishes, tomatoes, beets, pomegranates in your diet. This eliminates the problem of dry-eye syndrome. Also consume spinach. It is rich in nutrients.
