Shashankasan (children's seat)

- Bend your knees and sit on the floor.

- Sit on your heels in a comfortable position and turn down.

- Spread your arms forward and try to keep your head touching the ground.

- Stay in this asana for 2 minutes then slowly return to the previous position.

Advantages: -

- Doing this asana with torso and head support relieves neck and back pain.

- Calms the brain and relieves pain.

- Relieves fatigue and stress.

Setubandhasana

- Lie down on your back and lift your knees in such a way that your feet stay on the ground.

- Slowly lift the lower part of the waist by putting weight on the hands. Your head and shoulders remain on the ground in the meantime.

- Stay in this asana for 1 minute and then slowly return to your previous position.

Advantages:

- Has a relaxing effect on the brain and reduces depression and stress.

- Stretches the spine, neck and chest.

- Get rid of fatigue immediately.

Padahastasana

- Stand up straight.

- Take a deep breath and raise your hands above your head.

- Exhale and bend from the waist down to your feet.

- Try to touch the floor with your own hands.

- Stay in this position for 30 seconds and slowly return to the previous position.

Advantages: -

- The bones of the spine are strengthened and flexibility is increased.

- Blood sugar rises in the brain.

- Strengthens the muscles in the back.

Shavasana

- Lie on the ground with your back burning.

- Gently spread your legs, let the palms rest comfortably near your body.

- Relax the body.

- Stay in this asana for 2 to 3 minutes.

Advantages: -

- Reduces fatigue and anxiety.

- Reduces stress and calms the mind.

- Lowers blood pressure.
