London, 8 August, 2021, Wednesday

The problem of blood pressure is constantly increasing due to stressful lifestyle and rush of daily life and eating habits. The number of people with high blood pressure continues to rise. Surprisingly, this problem is growing rapidly not only among the elderly but also among the young. According to one estimate, more than 1 billion people worldwide have high blood pressure. Blood pressure is directly or indirectly responsible for the deaths of 3 lakh people every year. People with high blood pressure have a higher risk of heart disease and brain stroke. Blood pressure is also a factor in diseases of the liver and digestive system. An international team of scientists analyzed data from more than 1,200 medical institutes around the world. The team not only used the model to study high blood pressure in a large part of the population, but also counted the number of people taking the drug.

As of 2016, 25 million women and 25 million men were suffering from high blood pressure. In 190, the figure was estimated at 21 million women and 217 million men. It is believed that the winds of change have blown in the economic and social life of all the countries of the world since the 70's. Adopting different development models has increased people's public well-being and personal income but maintaining physical and mental health is becoming more challenging. The problem of high blood pressure is more prevalent in men than women in particular. A very large class of people do not seek treatment for high blood pressure because they have no idea what it is.

According to one source, 41 per cent women and 31 per cent men were deprived of treatment due to lack of information. Researchers at Imperial College London also see slow progress in treating hypertension despite research in medical science and medicine. That is why people with high blood pressure are deprived of treatment. According to data published in the Lancet Medical Journal, high blood pressure is lower in adults in Canada and Peru. In addition, women in Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Switzerland, Spain and Britain had BP levels of less than 3%, while men in Eritrea, Bangladesh, Ethiopia and Solomon had less than 5%. To prevent time bomb diseases like heart disease and stack, it is necessary for the governments of all countries to make efforts to reduce the stress of the citizens and lead a quality lifestyle.
