New Delhi, December 30, 2022, Friday

Everyone who steps out of the house feels cold in winter. If the cold wave has returned, even the corner of the house feels cold, so it is forced to wear a warm sweater. As the night progresses, the temperature also goes down, in such circumstances, some people prefer to sleep wearing a sweater. Wearing a sweater doesn't require over-dressing, but the habit of sleeping in a sweater is not a good thing. Because wearing warm woolen clothes in winter season has adverse effect on blood circulation.

Staying in sweaters that generate heat in the body can cause itchiness in the body. Wearing warm and thick clothes at night causes restlessness and suffocation in addition to blood circulation. Especially people who have diabetes and heart disease should avoid wearing sweaters to sleep. One should sleep in bare clothes in blankets and quilts. As the body feels relaxed, sleep also comes better. It also happens that some people suddenly fall asleep while wearing a sweater. Sweat is also twisted. It is not advisable to sleep wearing a sweater to avoid such trouble.
