Almonds:- Almonds have the power to fight fatigue. Eating almonds also reduces appetite. In addition, it is an excellent source of omega three fatty acids apart from vitamins and zinc. Which gives the body full energy and does not feel tired due to it.

Banana:- Whether you like to eat fruit or not, in both cases do not stay away from banana. Banana is an effective fruit that gives instant energy when you are tired or even to prevent fatigue. Bananas are rich in potassium, fiber and many vitamins. Which keeps you away from fatigue.

Water: As important as it is to include some things in the diet, water is equally important. The more water you drink, the more hydrated your body will be. Having enough water in the body reduces the feeling of tiredness, lethargy.

Workout: Along with all these, it is very important to keep the body active. As a rule, daily workout or light exercise will maintain your fitness. If the muscles are stretched, their tension will also be released. Due to which the body will be agile.
