Many times it happens that we put things away and forget them. After a long time we remember where we put that thing but if you always face this problem then this is not a good sign.

Vitamin B12

If the body is deficient in vitamin B12, you start to forget things, vitamin B12 helps make DNA and red blood cells. If the body becomes deficient in vitamin B12, a person starts experiencing fatigue, weakness, memory loss.

Thyroid

Thyroid glands are very important for the development of your brain. This over-active or under-active causes a person to suffer from memory loss.

Blood clot

Blood clots often occur in the veins. Due to which blood does not reach your brain. Lack of blood flow to the brain causes memory loss or hallucinations. Sometimes people's behavior and personality also changes.

Alcohol consumption

A person consumes more than required amount of alcohol every day. So this destroys your nerve cells and you don't remember things.

Kidney problem

Amnesia can occur if you have kidney problems. Although you may not know about it in the beginning, a person who needs hemodialysis may experience forgetfulness.

Due to head injury

A head injury at any time can lead to memory loss in the future. Taking many medications such as antidepressants can also impair memory.
