Children tend to get sick the most when the season changes. Especially when the arrival of monsoon or the arrival of winter after heat becomes a home for illnesses for children. Children start getting fever, cold-cough, infection and other infections when the weather changes. This happens because the immunity of children is weak. Meanwhile, parents have to pay special attention to the care and lifestyle of the children so that the children do not become weak and sick. For this, children should also pay attention to proper diet, sleep, exercise and sports.

Exercise

Whether it is cold or hot, exercise should be done in all seasons. This is essential not only for elders but also for boosting immunity of children. We all know that exercise produces good hormones in the body. Which makes our mood good. Similarly, exercising in the sun in the morning strengthens the body and helps fight diseases. So children should also exercise and play regularly.

Adequate sleep is very important for young children. Especially children under 12 years of age need 9 hours of sleep. Children's lives are better with adequate sleep. They stay fresh and also get energy in them. Adequate sleep strengthens children's immune system and makes them less likely to get sick. So parents should pay attention to adequate sleep of children.

Take care of balance diet

A balanced diet is very important to keep children healthy. Children's diet should have a balance of all nutrients. Children should get adequate amounts of protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fiber. A nutritious diet like fruits, vegetables, milk, pulses and eggs strengthens the immunity of children. Children get sick less often and recover faster with a balanced diet. So parents should give nutritious and balanced food to children.

Take care of hygiene

Children should always get into the habit of washing their hands. Hands should be washed thoroughly before and after eating food. When winter comes and it is often seen that children skip bathing. Many times even parents do not pay attention to it but this should not be done. Children should be bathed in fresh water daily and dressed in clean clothes. By paying attention to cleaning and hygiene in this way, children will get sick less.
