White rice itself can be seen as having minimum nutritional content compared to other grains. It is not a rich source of fiber, vitamins and minerals that the body needs to function properly. Deficiency of this nutrient at proper levels can lead to bone, teeth and many other problems. Also this can weaken your immune system. Hence it is more advisable to eat whole grains.

3. Risk of weight gain

White rice can cause weight gain due to its energy levels. It is very high in calories if you eat it in excess, it can increase your belly and waist fat. People who want to lose weight quickly should consult a dietician to determine the amount because if you don't, it will be difficult to lose weight despite all efforts.

4. Constipation problem

White rice is low in fiber. It can cause constipation problem. Fiber is important for our body, as it helps keep the digestive system healthy and helps prevent constipation. If you are consuming white rice, make sure you also eat other fiber-rich foods like lentils, vegetables, and other grains.
