People who want to lose weight quickly should consult a dietician to determine the amount because if you don't, it will be difficult to lose weight despite all efforts.

4. Constipation problem

White rice is low in fiber. It can cause constipation problem. Fiber is important for our body, as it helps keep the digestive system healthy and helps prevent constipation. If you are consuming white rice, make sure you also eat other fiber-rich foods like lentils, vegetables, and other grains.
