Flaxseed

Consuming flaxseeds, rich in omega-3 and omega-6, strengthens bones and relieves constipation. If consumed by diabetic patients, it helps in controlling the rising sugar. Flaxseeds are rich in fiber and control weight gain and sugar also remains under control.

Fenugreek

People whose blood sugar is high should soak fenugreek seeds. Fenugreek contains anti-diabetic properties that help lower blood sugar. Diabetic patients should consume fenugreek which contains lecithin to control blood sugar.

Black gram

Consuming black gram is very effective in controlling sugar. These chickpeas contain high protein which removes acidity and strengthens bones. Consuming gram rich in fiber is helpful in controlling blood sugar.

Soak 4-5 almonds, one spoon of linseed, half spoon of fenugreek seeds, four spoons of chickpeas in a glass of water every night and consume these things in the morning after washing them. This is the best breakfast for diabetics.
