Know the benefits of eating sesame seeds on an empty stomach in the morning?

Winter has not started and not all people like to eat Talsakadi, Sesame Laddu, Gajak, Tilkut. Sesame has a warming effect, so its consumption in winter is considered to be very beneficial for the body. But not only in winter but also in the rest of the season, a large number of people use sesame seeds in different dishes. Someone eats it fried, someone sprinkles it on bread, bun or cake and uses it as sesame oil.

In Ayurveda, sesame is considered a medicine

Sesame is also considered to be very beneficial in Ayurveda as a medicine. There have been many studies on sesame so far which have shown that if sesame is consumed on an empty stomach in the morning, it can be beneficial for health in many ways. Rich in fatty acids, fiber, protein and calcium, sesame is considered to be beneficial for skin and hair as well as health.

Benefits of eating sesame seeds

1. For constipation: - Black sesame is high in fiber and unsaturated fatty acids which helps in relieving the problem of constipation. The oil found in sesame helps to lubricate the intestines.

2. For teeth: - The oil which is found naturally in sesame removes the plaque in the teeth. Also protects against tooth decay and gum diseases. If roasted sesame is chewed on an empty stomach in the morning, it strengthens the teeth and gums and also eliminates the problem of bad breath.

3. For bones: - Sesame also helps in strengthening the bones. This is because sesame contains dietary proteins and amino acids that promote bone growth and prevent bones from weakening which can lead to diseases like arthritis.

4. To make blood: - Eating sesame increases the amount of hemoglobin in our body. If a person has anemia, he should also eat sesame as sesame also contains iron which eliminates the problem of anemia.

5. For skin and hair: - Sesame seeds rich in antioxidants reduce the appearance of age marks on the face and sesame oil softens the skin. In addition, sesame seeds rich in omega fatty acids also enhance hair growth by strengthening the hair from the mood.
