These are the things that need to be taken care of in order to maintain adequate oxygen in the body

New Delhi, April 21, 2021, Wednesday

Many people in hospitals across the country are dying due to lack of oxygen cylinders. At the hospital, patients and their relatives are worried about the lack of oxygen. So it is important to know why the oxygen level in the body is low and why the body needs oxygen. The level of oxygen found in our body is the amount of oxygen found in our blood.

Experts believe that oxygen level should not be less than 8. Oxygen levels in a healthy person range from 6 to 8. A healthy person breathes 15 to 20 times per minute but it needs to be in the correct proportion 5 to 6 times. It is necessary to take deep breaths instead of fast breaths. Fast breathing does not get enough oxygen levels. Oxygen goes in when we breathe in and carbon dioxide goes out when we breathe out.

This work takes place in the lowest part of our lungs, such as the alveoli. With deep breathing, the flow of oxygen reaches the lower part of the lungs. Adequate oxygen is available when the air reaches the alveoli. Oxygen is absorbed directly into the bloodstream through the air in the atmosphere which reaches the body through the blood cells. This function takes place in red blood cells. The function of the red blood cell is to deliver oxygen to different parts of the body. Therefore, the healthier the blood cells, the better the oxygen level. Hyposemia is a condition in which the body loses oxygen.

This is experienced when the level of pollution is high and the amount of oxygen in the air is low. There is not enough oxygen even when there is difficulty in deep breathing due to any weakness in the lungs. The bloodstream is not strong enough to store oxygen and send it to different parts of the body. Oxygen levels may drop when heart disease, asthma, anemia, and lung infections, pneumonia, or blood clots occur. This can also happen when the lungs do not have the required amount of fluids or do not get enough sleep.

Breathe in fresh air to maintain oxygen levels in the body. The house needs to have adequate ventilation. Even in a park or open space outside the house, the amount of oxygen in the air is good. Drinking enough water is also beneficial. The lungs need hydration to deliver oxygen to the blood and expel carbon dioxide from the body. The human body absorbs 200 milliliters of water daily.

Use plenty of Aryans such as green vegetables, fruits etc. as food. The more oxygen our body uses, the more energetic it stays. In addition to exercising, we also need to have the correct breathing technique. It is important to get in the habit of taking deep breaths slowly. Athletes are energized by being taught the correct breathing and exhaling techniques. Breathing exercises not only increase oxygen levels but also relieve stress.
