Why is the craze for golden milk growing not only in India but in the world?

The word golden milk is used metaphorically but the whole world is obsessed with golden milk because of its shiny effect. Adding turmeric to milk makes white milk golden. Indians have been using white milk for health for centuries by making it golden. This golden milk, which was once consumed in a grandmother's prescription, is now being praised in modern health therapy as well. Turmeric milk for Indians has become a golden milk for the people of Europe and America whose popularity continues to grow. Now it is being sold in many coffee shops.
Turmeric is nothing new for Indians. Pour into almost every lentil and vegetable. The world produces 1.1 million tonnes of turmeric every year, with India, China, Nigeria, Myanmar, Bangladesh and India leading the way. India accounts for 4% of the world's total turmeric production. India consumes the most turmeric in the world. Turmeric is used not only in food but also in beauty products and anti aging products. 10,200 tonnes of turmeric is traded in the world market, of which India exports more than 50,000 tonnes. Many properties of turmeric have also been explained in Ayurveda.
Turmeric has become famous as an antioxidant and anti-flammable. The body works to heal infections and inflammation. Cancer, heart disease, has come out in many researches. In India, turmeric paste is the most widely used remedy for joint pain and haemorrhage. As the popularity of turmeric increases, it also shows that the aksir elements in it benefit the body. Some research has shown that turmeric contains antioxidants that help control anxiety, blood pressure and digestive problems. The terminor element found in turmeric is very beneficial to the nervous system. In many countries turmeric is also drunk by mixing milk, sugar and ginger. However, some nutritionists believe that more research is needed to determine the effectiveness of Golden Milk.
