If you want to avoid heart attack, follow these tips of Ayurveda, you will never get an attack

3000 years ago in India, Maharishi Vagbhatji wrote a book called Ashtanga Hradayam, in which he showed 7000 sutras for curing various diseases. This is one of those heart attacks. Wagbhatji writes that a heart attack occurs after the blockage of the heart channels begins. It means that the acidity in the blood has increased. You know about acidity. What are the foods that are salty and we should eat them?

There are many things in your kitchen that are alkaline! If you eat it, you will never have a heart attack. And if it has come, it will not come again. We all know what is the most salty thing and it is easily available in every home, it is milk. In English it is called bottle gourd. Nothing is more alkaline than what you eat as a vegetable!

How much to consume?

Wagbhatji says that milk has the greatest power to reduce blood acidity, 200 to 300 mg of milky juice should be consumed daily. You should drink milk juice daily or eat raw milk.

When to drink milk juice?

You can drink this milky juice in the morning on an empty stomach (after going to the toilet) or half an hour after breakfast. To make milk juice more alkaline add 7 to 10 basil leaves, basil is very alkaline you can also mix 7 to 10 mint leaves in it. Mint can also be taken as it is very alkaline. You should add black salt or sindhalun salt with it as it is also very alkaline.

Add black salt or sea salt but never add iodized salt other than chaff. This iodized salt is acidic. You must consume this milky juice. It will cure all your heart blockages in 2 to 3 months.
