Curd should not be eaten at night

Never eat curd at night time. Eating curd at night increases drowsiness in the body. This is due to mucus formation. According to Ayurveda, the sweet and pungent properties of curd work to produce saliva. It can lead to respiratory problems. This mucus accumulates in the nasal passages and becomes thick, resulting in problems like swelling of the nose.

Do not consume curd raw

Curd should always be taken with sugar, honey or jaggery or with little salt, black pepper, cumin powder. This improves the effectiveness of curd. And works to make saliva.

In which season you should eat curd

Some people eat curd in their daily meals. But there are some months of the year when you should not eat curd. Because the nature of the body changes during this time. So eating curd during this time damages the health and digestion of the body. According to Indian Ayurveda, curd should be avoided in spring, autumn and winter. Because saliva is produced more in this period.
