Prepare this 'Nail Spa' at home for beautiful and healthy nails

Just like the face, nails should be taken care of to keep them beautiful and healthy. To make the hands more beautiful, many women go to the parlor and get nail spa done. But if you don't have that much time, you can do nail spa at home too. For that you have to follow some steps.

Milk and rose water

You may be using many types of products to care for your nails. But many a times it happens that, despite doing all this, there is no benefit.

So first of all add rose water and milk in a bowl. You can also add rose petals to it if you wish. Wipe off the nail paint and dip your hands in it. Keep your fingers in the water for about 15 minutes. Then wash your hands with clean water.

For skin we use coffee scrub. You can also use coffee for nails. It cleans the dirt on the nails and conditions them. For this first add coffee powder, coconut oil and honey in a bowl. Now mix this mixture well. Then apply it on wet hands and massage well. Then take cool water and wash your hands. This will restore the shine of your nails.

Glycerin is very good for skin as well as nails. So you can use it for nail spa. Add cream, glycerin and vitamin E capsules in a bowl and mix this mixture well. Then gently massage on the nails. Leave it on your hands for 30 minutes. Then wash your hands with lukewarm water. This will make your nails look beautiful.
