There are three types of cholesterol. HDL stands for good cholesterol, LDL stands for bad cholesterol and triglycerides. Good cholesterol acts as our friend. But bad cholesterol and triglycerides are very dangerous for us. A high pumping machine works in our body which supplies blood to the whole body. The heart delivers pure blood to the veins of the body. And veins draw dirty blood from veins. And the blood reaches the heart through the arteries. But when cholesterol gets deposited in the arteries, various problems start. And due to this many types of diseases are produced.

If cholesterol starts increasing in the body, then these types of symptoms are seen

1. Disturbance in the fingers of the hand

When the amount of cholesterol increases in the body, the blood does not reach properly. Because of this, blood does not reach enough in some parts of the body. And after that the difficulty in the fingers increases.

2. Nails begin to deteriorate

Due to the increase in cholesterol, its effect is seen in various organs of the body due to insufficient blood supply to the body. And due to this, dark lines start forming in the nails. Sometimes the nails start to crack. And nails become thinner.

3. Hands and feet fall asleep

Due to increase in cholesterol, hands and feet become numb. And the color of the veins also changes. Sometimes the hands and feet get swollen, sometimes they go numb. And its greatest effect is seen in hands and feet.

4. Rashes or lumps appear on the skin

An increase in LDL causes a sticky substance to build up in the blood vessels. And due to this, rashes start falling on the skin. It also causes rashes or bumps on the skin. And because of that, you then get lumps under your eyes, back, legs and palms.

5. Dark circles appear around the eyes

Due to the increase in cholesterol, dark circles appear around the eyes. And sometimes swelling is also seen under the eyes.
