A major cause of nausea while brushing can be digestive problems such as stomach ulcers and gastroesophageal reflux disease. However, increased stomach acid can cause nausea while brushing. People with this sensitive stomach condition may experience nausea on an empty stomach or even while brushing.

2. Symptoms of bad kidney

Vomiting while brushing can also be a symptom of kidney failure, when kidney function is affected this causes stomach related problems.
