3. Watermelon

Watermelon has a sweet taste but is actually completely sugar free. One cup of sliced ​​watermelon contains 9 grams of natural sugar, which is less than 1 cup of sliced ​​apples. A diabetic patient can consume watermelon in small quantities.

4. Avocado

If you have diabetes you also need to watch your fat intake. Having diabetes doubles the risk of heart disease. Avocado is a fruit that is actually very beneficial. Avocados do not contain as much sugar as other fruits and this does not affect your glycemic response.

5. Bananas

Bananas are also a bad fruit for diabetics but raw green bananas are a good source of resistant starch. Fiber that lowers blood sugar levels and fights insulin resistance. So bananas can be consumed in diabetes.
