The habit of sitting for too long can invite cancer

According to a recent study, the habit of sitting up late can increase the risk of serious illness like cancer. Sitting for hours on end increases the risk of cancer by 82 percent.

According to experts, this is the first discovery to show a strong link between constant sitting and death from cancer. The four-year study found an increased risk for people who sat for long periods of time. The study was performed on a total of eight thousand people and all of them were given one-to-one tracking device, which tracked the getting-sitting and walking habits of all the people for seven days.

According to studies, deaths due to cancer can be prevented by up to 50 percent through a healthy lifestyle. Studies show that 30 minutes of normal or fast exercise can significantly reduce the risk of cancer. Exercising in a park, room or on the roof of a house can reduce cancer by up to eight percent. According to scientists, walking, cycling, jogging or even sports can be beneficial for you.
