Salt water

Drink salt water as the first home remedy when BP is low because the sodium in salt works to raise blood pressure. But be careful not to use too much of it. Too much salt is not good for the body.

A mixture of electrolytes

If a person suddenly has a low BP and starts feeling dizzy, sensation on the face, trembling of hands and feet. So first add electrolyte solution or sugar, salt water. Will benefit immediately.

Coffee

Low BP can also be controlled immediately by eating or drinking a cup of coffee, hot chocolate or caffeinated foods. Take a cup of coffee with a drink or snack as soon as you wake up in the morning when the problem of low BP has been going on for a long time. But don't get into the habit of drinking coffee because even more caffeine is not good for the body.
