This Indian remedy is effective in fighting corona virus: British researchers claim

Corona virus treatment or vaccine has not been found yet but in Ayurveda, several treatments to prevent and fight this virus are proving to be effective. However, there are a number of home remedies being tried in India that can help prevent the disease. One such remedy is to rinse with salt water. Now researchers in the UK have also found the treatment to be effective.

According to research conducted at the University of Edinburgh in Britain, rinsing with salt water can reduce the symptoms of the infection as well as the duration of the disease.

The research was performed on 66 patients infected with corona for 12 days. These patients were treated with salt water rinse for treatment. Samples were taken from the nose of these patients 12 days later. Which showed a reduction in transition symptoms.

The research, published in the Journal of Global Health, found that patients who rinsed with salt water had a 2.5-day reduction in infection. Researchers claim that gargling has an effect on coronary heart disease and helps to cure the disease in less time.

Earlier, international virus experts also claimed that the use of mouthwash reduces the effects of corona. In which it was stated that mouthwash kills the corona virus before the cells become infected.

Recently, the Government of India was also advised by the Ministry of AYUSH to drink hot water to prevent corona infection. According to the guideline of the Ministry of AYUSH, rinsing with warm water morning and evening keeps the throat clean.
