Ginger and honey are used as herbs in Ayurveda.

Method:

Take a piece of ginger and wash it well in water and cut it into small pieces. Now mix these pieces of ginger in two glasses of water and keep it in a pot to boil. Boil it until a glass of this water remains. Now strain the water and put it in a glass and mix a teaspoon of honey in it. Now drink this water in small sips. You can consume it as well as rinse it. This will relieve sore throat and the problem of sore throat will also be cured soon.

- Make a decoction by boiling 4 to 5 peppers and 5 basil leaves in a cup of water and consume this decoction. Drinking while sleeping at night will benefit. It will also be beneficial to have a simple light meal.

- Drink warm water in case of sore throat. Rinsing with vinegar in warm water removes sore throat and also cures throat infections. It is also effective to rinse with salt in warm water.

- It is also beneficial to grind pepper and eat it with ghee or patasha to relieve sore throat. At the same time, grinding pepper with 2 almonds can cure sore throat.
