Learn about the benefits of sleeping during the day ...

New delhi date. 20 October 2020, Tuesday

It is generally considered unhealthy for most people to fall asleep during the day and it is still difficult for people to fall asleep during the day because they spend most of their day in the office. But you may be surprised to learn that sleeping during the day can also be beneficial for you. In one study, scientists revealed that people who slept once or twice a week during the day had a healthier heart than those who slept during the day.

According to the researchers, if you take a nap or sleep once or twice a day, the risk of some of these fatal heart related diseases such as heart attack, heart failure and stroke remains low.

During the search, the team of researchers found that people who snore more quickly during the day may be overweight or older or smoke, while getting more sleep during the day may be a sign of a health problem such as sleep apnea.

However, this finding does not make it clear that chanting once or twice a day reduces the risk of heart attack or stroke, as the results of this finding rely on only a few people. Also, people involved in the search did not know exactly how many times a day it is beneficial to sleep. More research is needed on this.
