Use it like this : -
- In case of germs in the stomach, two-three grams of karela seeds are crushed and consumed to get rid of the germs. If seeds are not available, you can also consume ten to twelve milligrams of karela leaf juice.
- In case of cold and cough, you grind five grams of karela roots and mix honey in it and consume it. If you do not want to mix honey, you can also mix five grams of basil leaf juice in it and consume it.
- To relieve swelling problems in the throat, mix dry karela in vinegar, warm it lightly, apply it on the throat to relieve swelling.
- Excessive talking or shouting often causes sore throat. To get rid of it, five grams of Karela roots should be ground and mixed with honey or basil juice.
- Cholera problem is relieved by consuming Karela roots. For this, take twenty grams of Karela roots and boil it. Mix sesame oil in it and consume.
- In case of watery stomach, crush ten to fifteen milligrams of karela leaves and extract its juice. Mix honey and drink it to get relief.
- Consumption of karela is also beneficial in menstrual disorders. For this, extract the juice of ten-fifteen karela leaves and mix it with black pepper seeds, along with half a teaspoon of pipla powder and one gram of ginger.
- It is often difficult to make milk after childbirth. In this, boil eight to ten leaves of Karela in water, if this water is filtered and kept warm, the process of milk production will be faster if it is given to the mother.
- In case of shingles, crush karela leaves and extract its juice and apply it on the place with shingles.
- In case of viral fever, extract caramel juice and mix cumin powder in it and drink it.
- The juice of karela leaves also gives relief in inflammation of the bottom. For this, crush the leaves, squeeze the juice and apply it on the bottom.
