Bengal's oxygen is being taken away and given to UP: Mamata Banerjee

New delhi date. 23 April 2021, Friday

Corona cases are now on the rise in the country as well as in Bengal in the wake of the election campaign and on the other hand there are oxygen blows. Even among the states, there are now differences over oxygen.

Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee has sharply criticized the Center on the issue. He alleged that part of Bengal's oxygen was being given to UP. At the time of elections, Bengal's vote was needed but oxygen was being given to BJP-ruled states. Where will Bengal get oxygen? We are not beggars.

Mamata Banerjee blamed the central government for the second wave of corona, saying that earlier the plant was supplied oxygen to Bengal only by the Steel Authority of India but now Bengal's oxygen is going to UP. So that there is a shortage in Bengal. Why oxygen from Bengal is given to other states, my state's oxygen cannot be supplied to other states.

He said that the current situation in the country has been created due to the negligence of the central government. The World Health Organization called for oxygen planning in 2020 but the central government did not give us any information about this.

Mamata Banerjee further said that there would be no lockdown in the state at present. Lockdown is not the solution to the problem. The state government will also succeed in overcoming the second wave.
