848 kg seized for washing and reselling gloves used in the treatment of corona patients

In the midst of the Corona transition, there are some who are spreading the fragrance of humanity and there are also some who have gone to great lengths to make money.

In one such case, a scam has been caught in the national capital, Delhi, to wash and resell gloves used to treat corona patients. Police have arrested three people from Dwarka area. Police allege that they were washing and reselling used gloves. 848 kg of gloves were also seized from them.

The accused revealed that the three persons had bought gloves from a scrap market and a hospital and a businessman had assisted them in this task. Police reportedly raided two godowns and seized 848 kg of used gloves from there.

According to police, the accused used to re-pack the gloves and sell them cheaply in factories, hotels and salons. The packing was also done in such a way that no one would know that these were used gloves. The three accused Manish, Arun and Srinivasan have been booked by the police under different sections.

According to the police, the accused have been granted bail as per the guidelines of the Supreme Court. Earlier, the gloves used in Ghaziabad were also seized by the police and even then, there was a conspiracy to wash the gloves and resell them in the market. Police arrested three people in the case.
