A beating heart is a sign that a man is alive, but Salwa Hussain, a 6-year-old woman living in East London, has no heart. His body is supplied with blood from a machine weighing 3 kg. According to the information received, the woman had a heart attack a year ago when she was alone at home. She bravely went to her family doctor for treatment, after all a heart transplant was the only way to save her life.


The decision to have a heart transplant was made in London, but it was not possible because of the health of Salwa Hussein. It was decided to revive the woman's body by placing it on a modern device instead of a heart transplant. The only way to save Salwa's life was to put the body on an artificial heart.
