World Diabetes Day: 67 lakh diabetics lose their lives this year

Diabetes will be the worst health emergency of the 21st century for the world fighting the Corona epidemic and it will be very challenging for the world to face it. On the occasion of World Diabetes Day, the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) and the World Health Organization say that an average of 4 million people die of diabetes every year. However, in the year 2021, 67 lakh diabetics have died during the epidemic which has broken all records till date.

The theme for World Diabetes Day from 2021 to 2023 is' Access to Diabetes Care - If Not Now When? Which means it's about to be the most delusional time of the year, as well as the most delusional.

Why horrible?

Worldwide, 1 in 10 adults suffers from diabetes. Most of them have type 2 diabetes. 23.2 crore people do not even know about their disease.
