If you want to give children a good future, not only education is necessary, but physical health is also important. Generally, it is believed that the bones of old people are weak. But children's bones are weaker than those of the elderly. According to experts, children often have problems like osteoporosis, which is caused by weak bones. So all the parents should pay attention to the diet which strengthens the bones for the good health of the children.

This diet plan will strengthen the bones of children

Give children high calcium food

Calcium is essential for bone formation. Bones become weak due to lack of calcium. Even small bumps can cause fractures. To overcome calcium deficiency, children should be given green leafy vegetables, almonds, milk, cheese, curd. Consult your health expert before giving calcium rich foods. Know how much calcium rich food should be given to children according to their age.

Give children vitamin D supplements

Vitamin D helps in absorption of calcium present in the body. If vitamin D is not enough, then no matter how much calcium you take, it will not get into the body. So, while taking calcium supplements, don't forget to give vitamin D. Sunlight is a good source of vitamin D, so your children should get some time to sit or play in the sun.

Make exercise a habit

Exercise is very important for good health. Exercise helps in physical development within us. Exercising not only strengthens bones, but also strengthens muscles. Never force children to do boring exercises. Do sports like jogging, jumping and running for some time every day.

Give fruits and juices:

Inculcate the habit of fruits and juices in children to strengthen bones from an early age. Fresh fruit juice and dry fruits fill up the protein deficiency along with vitamins and minerals in the body. Citrus fruits make up for vitamin C deficiency, so you can eat fruits like oranges, oranges, kiwis.
