Generally, if the waist measurement of men is more than 40 inches, there is a risk of many diseases. Women's waist should not be more than 35 inches.

3. Healthy diet: According to studies, high blood pressure can be controlled through diet. Whole grains, green leafy vegetables, low-fat dairy products, fruits and vegetables reduce high blood pressure and cholesterol. A daily intake of 3,500 to 5,000 mg of potassium will improve high blood pressure. For potassium, spinach, cauliflower, avocado, banana, potato, butternut, beans, lentils etc. should be consumed.

4. Regular exercise:- Regular exercise not only reduces high blood pressure but also prevents blood sugar and bad cholesterol from rising. Individuals who exercise regularly develop immunity against many diseases.

5. Control of salt:- If the amount of salt is reduced even a little every day, heart health is very good. Sodium increases the problem of high blood pressure. In general, less than 2300 mg of sodium is needed per day. If it is limited to 1500 mg, high BP will come down immediately.
