Because if you do not recognize it in time, you may have to suffer many serious consequences. How to recognize bad mental health?

1. Feeling tired all the time:- If you are always tired and worried about something then it could be a sign that you need to take a mental health break now. Fatigue can lead to burnout, making it difficult for you to do any work and perform at your best

Irritability and getting moody:- If you are experiencing constant changes in your mood or feeling irritable frequently then it is a sign that your mental health is bad and you are under severe stress. If you experience these symptoms, take a mental health break immediately. Because if you don't, your mental health can continue to deteriorate. Not only will it affect your work but it will also affect your relationships and even more disputes and misunderstandings will arise.

3. Feeling sick:- When our mental health is not good, our body also starts to feel sick. Headaches, muscle tension and digestive problems appear. If you're experiencing these symptoms unnecessarily and are worried about something, understand that mental health needs a break.

4. Difficulty sleeping:- When a person is worried about something or takes more stress, sleep often disappears somewhere. If you are tired all day and still have trouble sleeping, this is a sign that you need to take a mental health break.

5. Even favorite work feels worthless:- If you can't concentrate on the things or work you love so much, take a mental health break immediately. Because a person ignores his favorite work only when his mental health is bad or he is stressed about something.

6. Making frequent mistakes:- Making frequent mistakes is also not a sign of good mental health. If you notice these signs in yourself, take a mental health break immediately.
