6. Vaccines are available for hepatitis A and hepatitis B, so get vaccinated.

7. Excessive consumption of cigarettes is extremely harmful to the lungs as well as the liver. That's why you should not panic.

8. Some cleaning products and disinfectants contain chemicals that can harm your liller through direct contact. So you have to be careful.
