Bad news for people living in hot regions. Heat not only causes anger but also shortens life expectancy while people in colder regions live longer. Scientists have found in the research that at low temperature, the damaged proteins on the cells begin to be removed.

Researchers believe that people live longer in areas with lower temperatures

Research on temperature has revealed that temperature has a direct effect on age. People living in lower temperatures are free from many diseases, meaning they are less affected by diseases. Their age is higher than the people of hot region. This difference is seen in normal life. But scientists have started research on it now. Researchers from Germany's University of Cologne believe that low temperatures have been proven to increase longevity.

A temperature below 15 degrees Celsius is good for the body

For this, an experiment was carried out in the lab on human cells using worms called Sinorhabditis elegans. It was found that staying at about 15 degrees Celsius removes damaged proteins from cells. And new proteins take its place. It's called a proteasome activator, and it's best to keep it at a temperature of 15 to 15 degrees Celsius. Which helps in preventing aging. That is why it is imperative to stay in a temperature below 15 degrees Celsius.
