Cloves

Along with antiseptic properties, cloves are also very effective in reducing blood sugar. It also provides anti-inflammatory properties to the body and is effective in maintaining good digestion. Cloves increase insulin production and keep blood sugar levels under control. Diabetics can chew only 1 to 2 cloves or they can add cloves to dishes.
