Eating fruits is more beneficial for diabetic patients

Some people believe that juicing is better than eating fruits and vegetables and the body can absorb nutrients better. Drinking fruit and vegetable juice can strengthen the immune system and reduce the risk of cancer, although there is no scientific evidence that juicing fruits and vegetables is healthier than eating fruits or vegetables. People should not fall prey to this misconception. Especially diabetic patients should eat fruits instead of drinking fruit juice.
