There is no end to our screen time these days. Such habits can later cause eye fatigue, dryness and tightness. Are you now worried about your eyes, then relax. No need to worry. It is an easy exercise for the eyes

We can incorporate it into our daily routine to improve our vision and reduce eye strain. These exercises involve stretching and strengthening the muscles that control eye movement and focus. Improves blood flow to the eyes and reduces eye strain.

Palming

Palming is a simple exercise that can help relax your eyes and reduce eye strain. To perform this exercise, sit in a comfortable position on the table with the support of your elbows. Rub your hands together to warm them and then place your palms over your eyes, close your eyes by overlapping your fingers on your head and breathe deeply for a few minutes, allowing your eyes to relax.

Blink an eye

Blinking keeps your eyes moist and reduces dryness. When you stare at a screen or focus on something for long periods of time, you blink less, making your eyes dry and strained. Just blink rapidly for a few seconds every 20 minutes to keep your eyes moist.

The figure of eight

This exercise is a great way to improve eye coordination and flexibility. Visualize a figure eight about 10 feet in front of you. Look at the figure of eight with your eyes first in the clockwise direction and then in the anticlockwise direction. Do this for a few minutes and then switch to something else. Such as a close balance or door handle and double the exercise.

Eye-flexing

Eye flexing helps to improve blood circulation in the eyes and reduce eye strain. Close your eyes then open them wide. Do this for a few seconds and then move your eyes up and down, left and right and diagonally, without moving your head.

Focusing near and far

Near and far focusing is an exercise that helps improve eye muscle flexibility and reduce eye strain. To do this exercise, hold a pen or pencil at arm's length and focus on it for a few seconds. Then focus your attention on an object in the distance, such as a tree or a building. Focus your attention for a few seconds and then look back at the pen or pencil.
