So now the Meteorological Department is saying that the regular monsoon will start in a few days. But till then various measures must be taken to get relief from heat. It is necessary to avoid the loo in such scorching heat. And if one gets loo once, one has to face many diseases. But some of our habits should be avoided in heat. So that we do not become victims of heat wave.

Today we want to talk about some habits in which we make mistakes even without knowing it.

1. We should not drink water immediately after coming from heat

Many of us have a habit of drinking water from the fridge immediately after coming out of the heat. Very thirsty when coming from heat. But this should not be done, one should sit and rest for some time from the heat and then drink normal water.

2. Do not sit down to eat immediately after coming out of heat

Some people sit down to eat immediately because of the heat. There is a possibility of diarrhea if you eat immediately after coming from heat. Food should not be taken for half an hour or an hour from the heat.

3. It should not be washed immediately after coming from the heat.

After coming out of the heat, many people immediately go to the water, but this habit is bad. Doing this harms health. Doing this can start a terrible headache. Also cold and fever can also come from heat. You should sit in the fan air for some time due to the heat and go swimming after the body temperature becomes normal.
