Caution! Too much turmeric in food can make you sick

During the corona period, those things were used a lot which increase immunity. Such as decoctions, turmeric, garlic, black pepper and cloves. All these immunity boosters are found in our kitchen but turmeric is said to be antioxidant and antiseptic. It has many medicinal properties such that excessive consumption of anything is harmful to our health. So excessive consumption of turmeric is not good for health.

Stomach upset

Turmeric is very hot for the stomach so it should be eaten or drunk sparingly. Otherwise this can start stomach irritation. Abdominal swelling also causes cramping. Be careful if using more turmeric.

Diarrhea and vomiting

Too much turmeric should not be consumed otherwise you may experience diarrhea and vomiting. This can also be very dangerous for your body. Excessive consumption of turmeric can cause problems for your digestion. This can cause diarrhea and vomiting. Too much turmeric can make you sick.

Risk of kidney stones

Many people use too much turmeric. They think that the more turmeric they eat, they will stay away from many diseases but they forget that it can harm your body instead of benefiting it. Turmeric should be consumed in limited quantities as it increases the risk of kidney stones. These contain oxalate calcium which binds instead of dissolving in the body.
