When a baby is born, its skin is so soft, but with age, it is natural to get wrinkles on the face. But nowadays in some cases even young people start to get wrinkles on their faces, which has become a big problem. But we ourselves are responsible for that. Some of our bad habits make us look older at a young age. If a person stays away from such habits, then the problem of aging of the person will be reduced and along with it, he will also start looking young.

1. Abstain from intoxicants

In today's fast-paced life, the habit of taking drugs has become common among the youth. But they don't know how much damage it does. Drugs also cause physical and mental problems. In which the habit of intoxicants like cigarettes, tobacco, alcohol creates a house of disease in your body.

2. Be free from anxiety, (anxiety is like a leopard)

Today everyone, young and old, has some form of anxiety. The habit of worrying even about small things is seen as an aggravation on a person's face. Stress increases mental illness, so whenever a problem arises, finding a solution calmly is imperative for physical as well as mental health.

3. Take adequate rest at night

If a person does not get enough sleep, many problems like hair loss, graying of hair and wrinkles on the face etc. arise. That's why everyone should get enough sleep. Along with sleep, quality sleep is also necessary. At least 7-8 hours of sleep should be taken.

4. Always stay away from junk food

Yummy tasting junk food is a major cause of aging. Processed food affects the cells in the body, leading to rapid aging of the body. Eating out has become a habit. Unhealthy food causes another major disease in the body.

5. Vitamin 'C' deficiency

When there is deficiency of vitamin 'C' in the body, a person can look old even when he is young. Antioxidants in vitamin C reduce wrinkles on the skin. Vitamin C is added to many skin products. Apart from this, fruits like carrot, cabbage, grapes, strawberry, amla, pomegranate contain sufficient amount of vitamin C. Which should be taken in proper proportion. So that the wrinkles on the face are reduced and you look younger.
