Ginger tea

Ginger is very beneficial for health as well as taste. It has antioxidant properties. Drinking ginger tea daily helps in weight loss. It has antioxidant properties, which strengthen the immune system.

To make ginger tea, boil water in a pan with ginger, turmeric and basil leaves and boil for some time, then strain and drink later. It is also beneficial for diabetic patients along with weight loss.

Cinnamon tea

Rich in antioxidant properties, cinnamon tea is helpful in weight loss. These can be easily found in your kitchen. Apart from enhancing the taste of food, this spice also keeps health healthy. It has anti-inflammatory properties, which are helpful in lowering blood sugar and cholesterol.

To make this, pour water in a pan, add cinnamon and boil this mixture well. Now strain it and mix lemon juice and honey. This is helpful in weight loss.

Cumin tea

Cumin strengthens the digestive system along with enhancing the taste of food. Cumin tea is a great option for weight loss. It works to relieve stomach ache, indigestion and diarrhoea. To make this tea, roast some cumin seeds in a pot and add water to it and let it boil and then strain it. Mix honey in this tea. Drinking this boosts metabolism. Due to which the weight decreases quickly.
