Fat around the abdomen and waistline can spoil the overall beauty of a person, along with being obese it increases the risk of many serious diseases. To lose weight we have to resort to strict diet and heavy exercise but many times we start carrying out the weight loss process without thinking and consulting any health expert.

Don't make these mistakes while losing weight

1. Fear of eating carbohydrate foods

We see carbohydrates as a villain and think that cutting out this nutrient will lead to rapid weight loss, while we avoid home-made rice, idlis, upma and paua. Such efforts should be stopped immediately. If you completely eliminate carbs from your diet, you won't have the energy to function throughout the day, leaving you feeling tired and lethargic.

2. Binge eating disorder

Many people do not think positively about their body and beauty. They starve themselves too late to lose weight and then there comes a point when they feel very hungry and start overeating. Doing so is not good for health.

3. Dysfunctional Exercise

There is no doubt that we need a lot of exercise to lose weight but working out without understanding will not bring any results. Exercise benefits when you eat a healthy diet and get enough sleep.

Take care of these things

If you are losing weight, eat enough healthy home-made diet instead of dieting for better results. Exercise as much as our body needs. Along with this, a positive mindset is also necessary.
