This type of voice problem can be seen in people of all ages. This disease is called osteoarthritis. In this disease, the grease between your bones wears away, and when two bones rub against each other, this kind of crunching sound is made.

Why does grease wear out?

One of the main causes of grease wear is standing in one place for too long. Apart from this, many people take a morning walk of 10-20 kilometers after drinking water while standing. This problem also occurs if you stand or walk more than necessary. Excessive consumption of junk food or not consuming protein rich diet in childhood is one of the main causes of this disease.

Dry Fenugreek

Fenugreek seeds are very beneficial in this disease. Soak fenugreek in water at night and eat fenugreek and drink the water in the morning.

White Sesame

White sesame seeds are rich in calcium. So this is considered a panacea for bone problems. You can mix white sesame seeds with jaggery and make a ladwa.

Spiced milk

Take a glass of warm milk and add a quarter teaspoon of ginger powder and some jaggery in it. Ginger contains many essential elements and minerals. Which proves to be effective in the strength of bones. Drink it at night before going to bed.

Date milk

Apart from this, before going to bed at night you should put four dates and a handful of raisins in a glass of warm milk and leave it for half an hour and then drink it and eat the raisins and dates. Drink this about 4 hours before bed. Within a week you will see the huge benefits of this milk.
