Spinach is rich in iron, magnesium and vitamins. This helps in increasing the production of red blood cells. Improves oxygen transport and increases energy levels. You can add spinach to your salad, sandwich, stir-fry or smoothie, or you can even drink spinach juice.

4. Oranges

Oranges are considered to be a rich source of vitamin C, which boosts our immunity. Which reduces the risk of viral infection. Eating oranges improves energy levels, which reduces fatigue and increases stamina.
