This is due to cold in which the drop in temperature starts to affect the stomach's functions and slow down the digestion. It slows down the bowel movement along with the stomach and causes digestive problems. Also, colds often start to cause bacterial and viral illnesses. Due to which the disease of food poisoning and gastroenteritis starts to occur. It causes many symptoms in the body.

Stomach cold symptom

- At first there is a sharp pain in the stomach with discomfort.

- Stomach upset and obesity problem.

- Vomiting occurs and may cause dehydration in excess.

- Digestion may be affected and stomach pain may be felt for a long time.

- Pain in the muscles

- Nausea

- Food poisoning may occur.

- Conditions like unbalanced blood sugar may be faced.

- Headache and fever may also occur.

Remedies for a cold in the stomach

1. Drink asafoetida water

Asafoetida water is anti-inflammatory and can help reduce stomach pain. This reduces abdominal cramps and pain and improves digestion. Apart from this, drinking this water is beneficial for health even in the case of cold in winter.

2. Shake the stomach

A shake gives relief when the stomach feels cold. This helps in reducing the problem of abdominal pain and cramping. It also helps in reducing cold symptoms.

3. Consume Tulsi, Ajmo and Honey

Consuming Tulsi, Ajmo and honey helps to reduce the problem of cold in the stomach. This is helpful in reducing symptoms like nausea and vomiting.
