In this time, health experts believe that you should take care of your diet to stay safe from corona infection.

According to health experts, the risk of corona virus infection can be reduced by paying more attention to immunity. We can reduce the risk of corona infection by paying attention to our calories, oxidative stress, vitamins, inflammation and detoxification in the main nutritional elements.
