Milk provides calcium to our body. Milk should be given daily for good development of children but some people do not like to drink milk at all. Some people are also allergic to milk. Meanwhile, there is concern about how the body can get calcium without milk. However, apart from milk, there are many foods that can fulfill the deficiency of calcium in the body.

Apart from milk, beans contain a lot of calcium. Beans like kidney beans, chickpeas, broad beans etc are rich in calcium and can meet your daily calcium requirement. 170 grams of beans contain 20 percent calcium.
Those who do not drink milk can eat almonds daily. Along with calcium, almonds also contain healthy fats, protein and magnesium. Soak almonds every night and peel them in the morning, it will be very beneficial.
Green leafy vegetables also provide calcium. You can get a good amount of calcium if you eat a bowl of green leafy vegetables every day. Spinach is also very beneficial in this.
