In the current era, the use of desk job and comfortable technology for every job has become a common thing. Muscle and joint pains have also become commonplace as the body cannot function without physical activity. However, there may be other causes of joint pain. It is different that the use of medicines relieves the pain for a while but its natural cure is also available in yoga. Some simple yogasanas can provide immediate relief from pain. So find out which asanas can be beneficial for relieving pain.
Pranayama:
To do pranayama, sit on a mat in a flat place. Now inhale by pressing the left nostril and exhale through both nostrils. Pranayama gives relief to people suffering from joint pain. Doing simple pranayama in the morning will gradually get rid of this problem.
Setubandhasana:
Lie on your back for Setubandhasana and keep both your hands next to your body. Now keep the palms touching the ground with the knees bent so that the soles of the feet touch the ground. You are now in the initial position of the bridge. Now breathe slowly and lift your waist as high as possible so that your body is in the shape of a bridge. Now perform the breathing process normally in this same position. Hold this posture for 10 to 30 seconds. Now exhale and bring the waist back down. And come to the posture of Shavasana for rest.
Shavasana:
This asana is called Shavasana because it allows the body to remain in the posture of a corpse. Lie on your back to do this asana. Keep both feet comfortably touching the ground. Keep both toes outside and the heel inwards. Keep both hands about 6 inches away from the body. Keep your eyes closed while doing this asana.
