First of all it is important to know what diseases can occur in the stomach.

The effects range from headaches to fever, vomiting, acidity and diarrhea. Abdominal pain and infection are also associated with it, in which the person becomes annoyed with the pain. Here are some home remedies to get rid of these stomach problems.

1. Eating 2-3 garlic cloves on an empty stomach every day also gives relief in stomach infections. It has natural anti-biotic properties that keep the stomach healthy and protect against infections.

2. Chewing 2 cloves on an empty stomach every morning is considered beneficial for the stomach. Cloves have anti-microbial properties that keep infections at bay and also improve the digestive system.

3. Turmeric is also considered effective in stomach infections. For this, mix 2 teaspoons of honey in one teaspoon of turmeric and consume it daily. It can also be stored by making a mixture of honey and turmeric. So mix 5-6 teaspoons of honey in 2 teaspoons of turmeric and then keep it in a container. Now eat half a teaspoon every night.

4. There is nothing better than bananas for the stomach. Bananas are very beneficial even if there is any problem related to stomach. This also helps in eliminating stomach infections.

5. Ginger is also beneficial if you have any kind of stomach problem. For this, take a piece of ginger and mix it with a little black paper and 1 pinch of asafoetida. Mix evenly and then eat. Drink 1 glass of warm water immediately after taking this mixture.
