Eating salad is very necessary and beneficial for your health but most of you do not know what is the right way to eat salad? This has a profound effect on your health and can be detrimental to you. You should avoid eating salad especially in the rainy season. If you are negligent in this you will face problems like food poisoning.

When to eat a salad?

If you ask a dietitian he will not only advise you to eat salad with meals. Your health can suffer a lot if you do this too often. Dietitians recommend eating salads before meals. You can eat a salad half an hour before a meal or even an hour before.

In fact, the reason behind it is that you feel less hungry when you eat. This is why you eat less carbohydrates in your diet. This helps control your weight. At the same time, your body gets a lot of protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals from it.

Pay special attention to these things

According to food experts, salt should never be added to salads. If you prefer to eat it only after adding salt, try to use black or Sindhav salt with it. However, long-cut pre-cut salads should also not be consumed. Bacteria are very active during the monsoon season and salads should never be left open for too long. Salads should be avoided, especially at night. Cucumbers should not be consumed at night.
